We are the proud recipients of the 2010 Emerging Business of the Year presented by the Arlington Heights Chamber!
We opened our door June 2009 as a carry-out, catering & culinary school.
At that time we were working with the city of Arlington Heights to open as a 25 seat restaurant. Unfortunately, we were unable to receive our 25 seat restaurant status. In the past four years we have change the face of Piatti Pronti to continue to remain in business. With the closing of the 7 Eleven we lost a lot of our walk in traffic and decided in September 2012 to close our carry-out operation. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused our regular carry-out customers.
However, those that know us still remain loyal and call to see if we are available to make one of those special items that were previously on our menu. If Chef Lucia is available and we have the ingredients to make it, the chef is always pleased to do so.
Chef Lucia is available to help you plan your next catering event, Heat & Eat Meals for the week or create a custom class for you and your friends.
We are looking forward to the re-opening of the 7 Eleven building as the new Metro Diner Subway. We hope that this will reignite the area and bring more business to this corner of Arlington Heights. At that time we will be looking into reopening as a Carry-Out business once more.
